Customize the metrics on your Progress tab

This guide explains how to customize the layout of your Progress tab. You can choose which metrics to display and reorder them to prioritize the data that matters most to you, creating a personalized dashboard for your long-term fitness journey.

  1. Navigate to the Progress tab from the main navigation bar.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap the Customize button. Documentation image

  4. On the Customize screen, tap the toggle switches to show or hide specific metric cards, such as Training Goals, Intensity Distribution, and Fitness metrics. Documentation image

  5. To change the order of the metrics, tap and hold the reorder icon (three horizontal lines) and drag the card to your preferred position.

  6. Your changes are saved automatically. Tap the back arrow or close the view to see your updated Progress tab.

Tips

To revert all your changes and return to the default layout, open the Customize screen and tap Reset Layout.
