How to Set and Manage Training Goals

This guide explains how to set, view, and manage your personal training goals. Creating goals helps you stay motivated by providing clear targets and allowing you to track your achievements over time.

  1. From the Progress screen, scroll down and tap the + Add Goal button. Documentation image

  2. Tap Workout Type and select the activity you want to set a goal for, such as Cycling - All Types.

  3. Select a Goal Type. You can choose from metrics like Distance, Duration, or Training Load.

  4. Choose a Time Frame for your goal, such as Week, Month, or Year. Documentation image

  5. Tap Your Goal and use the scroll wheel to set a target value. Tap Done when finished.

  6. Review your selections and tap the Add button to save the new goal. Documentation image

  7. To view or manage your goal, tap on its card in the Training Goals section.

  8. On the goal details screen, tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.

  9. Select Edit Goal to make changes or Remove Goal to delete it.
