How to Set Up Your Heart Rate Zones

Accurately setting your heart rate zones ensures your training load and workout intensity are measured correctly. This guide shows you how to customize your heart rate zones based on different calculation methods and even set unique zones for specific sports.

  1. From the Today tab, tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  2. On the profile screen, select Personal & Fitness Details.
