Import a Workout from a FIT File

This guide shows you how to import a workout using a FIT (Flexible and Interoperable Data Transfer) file. This allows you to add activities to The Outsiders that were recorded on other devices, ensuring a complete and accurate training history.

  1. Navigate to the Workouts tab from the main screen.

  2. Tap the plus (+) icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
