How to Customize Workout Display Preferences (Pace vs. Speed)

This guide shows you how to customize the performance metrics for a specific workout in your history. You can easily switch the display between pace and speed to analyze your activities in the format that's most relevant to you, such as viewing pace for runs and speed for cycling.

  1. From the 'Today' screen, navigate to the Workouts tab by selecting a workout from the Today's Workouts list or by using the main navigation if available.
