HERE COME HOME SCREEN WIDGETS

A much-requested feature. Have your most important fitness data right in front of you:

Training Readiness, to see if you’re up for a hard session

Training Load Ratio, to keep recent effort in balance with your baseline

Endurance Fitness, to track where your aerobic base is heading

Body Metrics, single or grouped, for HRV, resting heart rate,...

GARMIN AND FIT FILE IMPORT

The Outsiders is made for serious athletes, and… we like our gear, right? Your Garmin workouts now import automatically, bringing all the data your device recorded into the app. Those on Zwift, Wahoo, COROS, Karoo, Amazfit, and other devices that export .FIT files to Apple Health, can now manually import their data.

This was by far one of the most consistent requests we have received, and we’re glad to expand further into the relevant community.

NEED A WEEK OFF? GOT SICK? INJURED? WE GOT YOU

Four new states for the parts of training that don’t look like training, but are part of it nonetheless: Active Recovery, On a Break, Injured, and Sick. Pre- and post-workout descriptions adapt to where you’re at, so the same session reads differently during an active block than it does during sickness.

BE RACE-READY

Follow Training Focus to build a solid fitness base, then switch to Training Form to arrive at the starting line in your best shape. Perfect for race days and chasing personal bests.

NEW METRIC: NUMBER OF SESSIONS

Progress and Workouts charts now include a sixth metric: number of sessions. One more way to track consistency over time.

REDESIGNED BODY METRICS

Individual cards make browsing and comparing your data easier, with a layout that leans into the liquid glass visual style.

NEW WORKOUT TYPES

Now supporting 161 workout types! Latest additions: Dog Running, Kettlebell Workout, Swimming Tethered, Gravel Ride, Outdoor Hand Cycling, Bouldering, Windsurfing, Beach Volleyball, Hockey Inline, Surfskate BMX, Freestyle BMX Racing. You can make full use of it when tracking with Gentler Streak Apple Watch workout tracker.
