We're starting 2026 by upgrading Training Goals - we can likely agree it's one of the most essential parts of an athlete's early-year planning. Based on your feedback, and thank you for it, here's what's new!
Expanded Goal Types
You can set training goals for:
Interactive Charts
past goal period.
Training Goals history charts became tappable. Press and hold to inspect the details of each
UX & Ul improvements
Think your most recent workout types appearing at the top when creating a new goal, and the ability to set goals across both indoor and outdoor versions of the same activity (cycling, running, rowing, and more), etc.
Refined Post-workout Training Readiness
The calculation is now less punishing, aiming to better reflect effort and recovery instead of dropping straight to the floor.
