As the year winds down, it's hard not to start thinking ahead. This update, last one of the year, helps pin the plans down. Introducing:

• PERSONAL TRAINING GOALS

Set clear targets for what matters to your training and track how consistently you're meeting them, in the Progress tab.

What you can set goals for

  • Time
  • Distance
  • Training Load
  • Active Energy
  • Elevation

How it works

  • Choose the workout type
  • Pick a timeframe (weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • Set your target and train as usual

Stack as many goals as you need, mix time horizons, and adjust them as your training evolves. You'll see your current progress, trends, and past periods, all in one place.
